GO Expression Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your GO Expression products. If your product has a defect, please contact us and provide us with the following information within the thirty (30) day refund period:

  1. Your order number
  2. Proof of purchase
  3. Product details or description
  4. A brief description of the problem
  5. A photo illustrating the issue

Please remember the 30 day refund period begins on the day that you receive the product.

Please do not send items without first being requested to do so by a member of the GO Expression team.

We reserve the right to compensate your either in the form of a refund or a replacement product. If it is a refund, it will be applied to your original method of payment. We reserve the right to deny or reject any return or refund request that cannot be verified and validated consistent with this policy. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
